OneTouch
Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and what we won’t do with it.
Last updated: 21 May 2026. OneTouch is currently in pre-launch. This notice explains the data we use to run the product, keep accounts secure, and improve football coverage.
OneTouch supports anonymous use — you don’t need an account to read match pages, the Brief, or follow clubs locally on a single device. Local follows, theme choices, dismissed prompts, and similar preferences may be stored in your browser so the experience can remember your choices without creating a server-side profile.
When you create an account, we store the information needed to identify and secure it, such as your email address, account ID, authentication provider details, and the preferences you choose to sync. We may also store saved clubs, saved players, saved stories, notification settings, booking activity for Play, and basic product events such as page views or feature interactions.
We use this data to provide the service, prevent abuse, debug errors, understand which product areas need work, and send account or product notifications you request. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad profiles.
You can request account deletion or ask a privacy question by emailing onetouchapphq@gmail.com. We may need to keep limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, payment records, or legal obligations.
